Wonderful stay in a historic building
historic building rooftop space helpful staff
i found the hotel immaculately restored. The rooftop spaces were lovely. I especially enjoyed the quietness, a great respite from the city. The staff was helpful with directions.

Breakfast features good variety and quality. I really enjoyed the breakfast in the attic room. It felt very cozy and unique. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available.

The staff helped me when i got lost. They arranged transport to where i parked the car. The team was very cute (i appreciated their kindness). They solved my car situation very well.

The hotel is in a great location. It allowed walking distance to historic sites. I was also close to the water. The building looks out on a magical square.

Romantic Getaway in a Historic Palazzo
plastered walls comfy bed
Our room had lime plastered walls that felt unique alongside high ceilings. The shower was fantastic and the bed provided comfort beyond expectation after a long day.
The area felt a little unsafe at night due to its seedy location.

Breakfast offered a super experience with many choices and a sweet selection that was very good. I found plates and cups available when I brought pastries to the breakfast area. Filtered water was also accessible .

The room featured large windows and comfy beds. The furnishings were nice and the space felt clean. High ceilings and lime plastered walls gave the room unique character. The bathroom was great also.

The location was great I enjoyed short walks to all the sightseeing spots. The view from my room showed a lovely plaza below. A magnificent church stands in that plaza I could see from my window.

adequate stay with a few issues
inadequate cleaning simple decor
the building was historical and attractive.
The bathroom lacked thorough cleaning. There was an unpleasant odor. the room decor was exceedingly simple for the price point. i had higher expectations given the beautiful lobby and building.

lovely breakfast top floor bathroom smell late arrival no action
the breakfast on the top floor was lovely. it had views of the rooftops. i loved the sitting room and it's frescoes on the wall i see lots of photography books.
our bathroom was not cleaned properly i think. it was smelling horribly like pee. i arrived late and stayed only one night, so i did not ask to change the room. i told them when i checked out but they didn't do nothing about it.

mixed feelings about this hotel
street noise poor soundproofing
The noise was a real issue. i was disturbed by street noise at night! and then early in the morning, i could hear every little sound from the breakfast room. i really needed better soundproofing. The lack of it impacted my sleep quite a bit.

great breakfast central location helpful staff
The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The location was central and close to major attractions. The staff was helpful and arranged taxis using WhatsApp when I needed them.
